Given that, they show any form of identification that links them with the insured. Q. Incase I don’t have my Catch Card at the time of hospitalization, how will my details be verified? At the hospital, call our toll free number 0800-00242. They will verify your identity by asking you your Mother’s maiden name, Date of Birth and Company name in case of a Corporate Client, which will be passed on to the Hospital Representative. Q. How do I avail discounts at participating outlets? Simply show your Catch Card at all our participating outlets and restaurants and avail the discount offering. Q.
