Use of card by the policyholder
The insured will be the main beneficiary of the Catch Card. At the time of usage, the insured will be asked for any other form of ID with the Catch card for identification. Customers holding the Catch Card simply follow these steps:

	Show your card at any of the hospitals at our nationwide panel.
	At the swipe of your card, all information regarding you and your dependants will be    available on–screen, making it possible for the hospital to facilitate you without any    additional verification and delays.
	The information will include health plan coverage and the limits available to you and your     dependants.

Each time you swipe the card your transaction details are updated for your next use.

Use of card by the dependants
Dependants of the insured can avail Catch Card facilities as well, at all the hospitals present on our panel list. In order to use the insured’s Catch Card the dependant must present a document this can be a CNIC, drivers’ license, or passport that links the dependant to the insured.

To avoid this verification process the insured can also apply for a supplementary card for all its dependants at a low price of Rs. 150.
