
Two training sessions on
“Creating partnerships” were held on Monday, November 19, 2007 at the Dubai Office for team members in the city of cultural cross roads, Dubai!
The training was conducted by Ms Sabina Rahim from Training & Development Department, Human Resource Division.
The training comprised of an introduction to AICL’s
vision & values. It also focused on the importance of putting one’s heart into work to ensure great results. In addition, the importance of
creativity & team work was also highlighted. Vision wearing cards were also distributed in the session & its importance was highlighted. The essence of the training session was to inculcate a feeling of team work & enthusiasm amongst team members.
This was followed by Training Needs Assessment of the Dubai team members which was conducted by Ms Rafia Naseer from the training team. The objective of the activity was to highlight the specific training & development needs of team members in Dubai, so that customized training sessions are designed & conducted to meet the specific needs of team members.

In the end a cake cutting ceremony was held by the training team, in which the youngest & the oldest member of the Dubai Office team were invited to cut the cake.
The activities were followed by a scrumptious lunch organized for all team members.
The participation & appreciation by the team members in the training session was commendable. In addition, the support & cooperation extended by Mr Syed Zulfiqar is highly appreciated by not only the training team, but also the HR Division. The Training team & the HR division looks forward to organizing more quality interventions for our Dubai Office team members in the future.
