Adamjee Insurance Company Limited & Zarai Taraqiati Bank
Limited (ZTBL) Enters Into Crop Loan Insurance Agreement

On 21st January, 2009, Mr. Ali Zeb, MD of Adamjee Insurance Company Limited and Mr. Malik Imtaiz, Head of Credit Division of Zarai Taraqiati Bank Ltd., signed an agreement for Crop Loan Insurance at ZTBL’s Head Office in Islamabad. This agreement will provide insurance coverage to all production loan borrowers for major cash crops in line with Mandatory Crop Loan Insurance Scheme of the Government.

The agreement ceremony was chaired by Mr. Zaka Asraf, President of ZTBL. Mr. Syed Ahmer Shaoib, Mr. Pervez Rasool and Mr. Irafan-ul-Haq from AICLwere also present on this occasion along with the Directors and the Mangaement team of ZTBL.

Adamjee Insurance Company & Faysal Bank Limited -
Collaborating towards Success

Mr. Yahya Hamid, CIO & Head of Product Development Adamjee Insurance and Mr. Taimur Afzal GM Consumer Finance of Faysal Bank Limited signed an agreement with their respective teams on April 16, 2008 for providing Suzuki Insurance arrangement program services to Suzuki Auto Finance arrangement program.

NIB Bank and Adamjee Insurance recently entered into a Bancassurance agreement to launch "Salaam Business Insurance". Salaam Business Insurance is a comprehensive insurance that will cover the business property, and assets of NIB Bank's Salaam Banking customers.

Adamjee Insurance and Pak Suzuki - Strengthening Relationships

Adamjee Insurance Co. Ltd. and Suzuki signed a Memorandum of Understanding on 26th March 2008 for Adamjee's Online Insurance. Present for the ceremony were the MD of Adamjee Insurance, Mr. Arif Ijaz and the MD of Pak Suzuki, Mr. Kenichi Ayukawa with their respective team members.

BEST COMPANY AWARD by 'consumer association of pakistan'

Adamjee Insurance Company Limited recently won the award for "Best General Insurance Company" for the year 2007, presented by ‘Consumers Association of Pakistan’ held at Sheraton, Karachi on 29th August 2007. The ceremony was held to give awards to corporations in manufacturing and services industries, based on Consumers Choice Survey. The award was presented by Karachi City Nazim – Syed Mustafa Kamal.

Adamjee Insurance Embarks on Modernisation Program by Signing Agreement with NIFT

On 25th of May 2007 Mr. Arif Ijaz, CEO & MD of Adamjee Insurance Company and Mr. M.M. Khan, CEO of NIFT signed the Agreement for document digitization to introduce paperless environment in the Company.

On this occasion Mr. Ijaz elaborated on the plans of adopting business process re-engineering by adopting modern techniques not only to modernize day to day office working but also for issuance of insurance policies and approval of claims for the benefits of their clients and giving highest quality service to their customers. Mr. Khan said that they are very pleased to be a partner of the largest Insurance Company of Pakistan in their modernization program and assured their full cooperation in fulfilling the vision of a modern insurance company.
