This insurance policy covers all the loss and damages caused by the following conditions:

1. Fire (whether resulting from explosion or otherwise).
2. Lightning.
3. Loss in profit due to the fire.
4. Explosion:
   1. of any boiler or economizer of the premises.
   2. of gas used for domestic purpose.

This insurance policy does not cover the following loss or damage:

1. Own spontaneous fermentation or heating.
2. Earthquake.
3. Subterranean fire.
4. Riot civil commotion.
5. Rebellion.
6. Revolution.
7. Invasion act of foreign enemy.
8. Civil war.
9. Insurrection or military or usurped power.

This policy provides cover for loss of gross profit and/or increased cost of working and/or standing charges sustained as a result of business interruption caused by an accident identifiable under fire and allied perils policy.
