Coverage:
This insurance policy covers all the losses due to “terrorism” that means the use of violence for political ends and includes any use of violence for the purpose of putting the public in fear.
 
Exclusions:

This insurance policy does not cover loss or damage due to:

  1. The riot and strike, civil commotion and malicious damages.
  2. Any act of any striker or locked out worker done in furtherance of strike.
  3. Any act of lawfully constituted authority to suppress any existing disturbance of the public peace.
  4. Loss of earning, delay or of market.
  5. Burglary, housebreaking, theft or larceny.
Comments:
This policy provides coverage against loss or damage caused by riot and strike, civil commotion or malicious damage due to any persons who are members of an organization whose aim is to overthrow any legal government or defect by terrorism & violence.
